Terms & Conditions

– Bookings are confirmed upon agreement via email or message
– Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance
– Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
– A trial session is recommended for bridal bookings
– The client is responsible for informing about allergies or skin conditions
– Kati Makeup is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions
– Travel fees may apply for locations outside the local area
– In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered

Kati Makeup collects personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and booking details when you contact or book services through this website.

This information is used solely to manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and provide services. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Refund Policy

Payments made for makeup services are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation made within the agreed notice period, the booking may be rescheduled to a new available date.
 

Refunds are not provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
If Kati Makeup is unable to deliver the service due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, any payments made will either be refunded in full or transferred to a new booking, depending on the client’s preference.
